School Timings

  • Pre. K.G.   9.15 am to 12.15 pm.

  • L.K.G.        9.15 am to 3.05 pm. 

  • U.K.G.        9.15 am to 3.05 pm.

  • Std 1 - 12  8.45 am to 3.50 pm.
     

Pupils should be in the school premises by 8.45 am. Class attendance will be marked at 8.50 am. Moving to ground at 8.55am. Assembly begins at 9.00 am.

Grooming

To ensure uniformity, the uniform cloth should be purchased from any approved shop in town. Shoes should be duly washed and polished daily. Gold Jewels of any kind are not permissible. Long nails, nail polish and mehandi on hands are not allowed.

Boys: Unkept long hair will not be allowed. Shirt should be well tucked in and buttons must be done up on the shirts.

Girls: Hair should be in two plaits tied with black ribbon. If bobbed, it should not be more than shoulder length. For very short hair, only black elastic bands may be used. Flowers should not be worn. Wearing anklets and bangles is also prohibited. Duppatta should be crossed in front

FEE PAYMENT

Term fee are payable in three Quarters separately in the months of May, October and January by the 15th of that month. The first Quarter fee if not paid within 30 days of re-opening- date without intimation, the pupils name will be removed from the roll. Re-admission will be strictly restricted with a re-admission fee of `500/-. Term fee for the subsequent quarters if not paid before the 15th the prescribed months, a late fee `10/- per day will be drawn, Again, if the fee is not paid before the 30th with late fee, the pupils name will be removed from the rolls. Such a pupil’s name will be re-entered on payment of a re-admission fee of `500/- within the next month.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Timings

  1. Students should be regular and punctual to school.

  2. The school begins with morning assembly everyday. Attendance is compulsory. Late comers or absentees on the previous day must bring the late attendance or leave record signed by the parents or guardians to be shown to the Headmistress. Before entering the class, they must show the teacher this record counter signed by the Headmistress.

  3. Student should always be clean and well dressed in complete and correct school uniform.

  4. Mobile phones/and other digital equipment are allowed to brought to the school

  5. Students are responsible for the care of their personal belongings. They should not bring jewellery, ornaments, watches etc.to the school. The school management takes no responsibilities for their loss.

  6. Students should at all times show reverence to the school authorities and the staff. They should also be gentle and polite to their fellow students.

  7. Students are not permitted to take half-a-day leave or permission during the school hours for any reason.

  8. No Leave is granted except with a written request from the parent / guardian in the prescribed form/diary.   9. When a student is on sick leave for more than three days, medical certificate must be produced. No students will be allowed to attend the school with infectious diseases like chickenpox, mumps, measles, etc.

  9. No Students will be permitted to write the annual examination without a minimum of 85% attendance. If the student has sufficient reason for absence / leave, such as sickness, the Headmistress has to power to condone upto 75% attendance.

  10. Students absent for examination without a valid reason will be considered as Absent/not passed. Students absent for any examination will not be re-examined.

  11. Promotion will be decided after considering the student’s progress throughout the year. The pass mark in all subjects is 40%. Nursery and preparatory classes will be given grades only.

  12. A progress report will be issued at the end of the first two terms. Students should submit the same with the signature of the parent/ guardian within two days of the issue. Any loss of report card will be replaced at cost of `25/-

  13. Students are strictly forbidden to bring objectionable books, newspaper, periodicals etc. to the school.

  14. Application for Transfer Certificate should be made to the Headmaster in writing by the parent / guardian of the pupil stating the reason at the end of the academic year. First quarter fee will have to be paid by those who apply after reopening of the new academic year.

  15. The bell before the assembly or class is a call to be obeyed promptly. Movements for assembly and from one class to another should be done in silence and in “Q”.

  16. Students are strictly forbidden to make any collection of money without the explicit permission from the Headmistress.

  17. Library books lost have to be compensated by the amount stipulation by the Headmistress.

  18. English which is the medium of instruction in this school should be used at all times in the school premises.

  19. No student will receive private correspondence through the school.

  20. It is compulsory to be present on all important days such as re-opening day, closing day. School anniversary day, Sports day and other function days.

  21. Students should take care of the school property. Damage done to any school property must be paid for at the discretion of the Management.

  22. Students should bring the text books and note books according to the class timetable of the day.

  23. Private tuition after school hours is actively discouraged. Hence, school teachers should not be engaged to give private tuitions except by the arrangement of the Headmistress for special coaching.

  24. Adequate care is taken by the school for the safety of every student. The school cannot be held responsible for accidents, small or serious, to pupils during the school hours or excursions. Medical help is available on campus for First -Aid only.

  25. Insubordination, irregular attendance, habitual laziness, any kind of malpractices in the examination etc., are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a student from the school.

  26. Every student should endeavour to keep up the tone and fair name of the school by excelling in good manner. Parents are requested to co-operate with the school authorities to enforce discipline, punctuality and regularity in the accomplishment of their children’s progress.
